  1. Prepare 2 cup of wheat flour.
  2. Take 1/4 cup of yoghurt.
  3. You need 1/4 cup of oil.
  4. Take 1 cup of methi or fenugreek leaves.
  5. Take 1 tsp of coriander powder.
  6. Provide 1 tbsp of salt or as per your taste.
  7. Take 1/2 tsp of sesame seed.
  8. Provide 1 tbsp of chilli powder.
  9. Get 1/2 tsp of caram seed.
  10. Provide 1/2 tsp of garlic paste.
  11. Use 1/2 tsp of chilli paste.

  1. Firstly, in a large mixing bowl take wheat flour.
  2. Also add Salt, Red chili powder, turmeric, sesame seeds, carom seeds..
  3. Add Garlic and chilli paste.
  4. Add 1/4 Cup oil and mix it well..
  5. Add 1 cup Fenugreek leaves and 1/4 cup yoghurt and mix all together well..
  6. Add water little by little and make soft dough..
  7. Add 2 tsp of oil and knead the dough for 5 more minutes and rest for 10 min..
  8. Now pinch a medium sized ball dough, roll and flatten it..
  9. Also dust with some wheat flour when needed..
  10. Roll it in a thin circle like chapathi or paratha.
  11. Now on a hot tawa place the rolled thepla and cook for a minute..
  12. When the base is partly cooked, flip the methi thepla also brush oil / ghee and press slightly..
  13. Cook both side well..
  14. Finally, serve methi thepla with raita and pickle..
